Terms & Conditions

1.1 By booking with TPI Canada ("TPI"), you ("Buyer") have duly accepted all of the terms and conditions.
2.1 All rates are commissionable and inclusive of all current applicable provincial and/or municipal accommodation room tax. AS WELL AS Federal Goods & Service Tax (GST) or Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).  All taxes are, however, subject to change with Government announcement. The GST/HST amount indicated on the tariff is the GST/HST amount included in the hotel room rate.
2.2 Listed rates are subject to change without notice unless TPI has previously confirmed the reservations in writing.  TPI cannot be accountable for any promotional rate or special package offered by lodging establishments.
2.3 All rates are based on a per room, per night basis.  Rollaway beds or cots are subject to availability, may be provided upon request for Triple rooms at no additional cost (unless otherwise specified).
3.1 Classification of all accommodation listings is merely an indication to assist in identifying the lodging establishment that may best suit the requirement and, thus, does not constitute an official rating assessment by any authority.
3.2 The quality and extent of facilities and services often vary in relation to one another; identical ratings do not necessarily mean identical quality and extent of facilities and services.
3.3 Even "Economy" is the lowest rating in this tariff, it does not mean that the property being has low standards.
3.4 The classification represents the physical design and level of services provided by the property with the consideration of its locality and comparison with other properties in the same geographical location.
4.1 Bookings should be requested in writing to TPI.  To facilitate your request in a prompt and accurate manner, please include the following details in your reservation’s request:
4.1.1 One guest name per room requested;
4.1.2 Check-in and check-out dates (with arrival flight/time if possible, especially those with late arrival);
4.1.3 Number of rooms and respective room-types (SWB = 1 adult, 1 bed; DBL = 2 adults, 1 bed; TWB = 2 adults, 2 beds; TRP = 3 adults, please specify 2 or 3 beds); and,
4.1.4 City and name of lodging establishment.
4.2 All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.  Once the request is confirmed, we shall recapitulate in writing all details together with a confirmation number/name (if available from lodging establishment).
5.1 TPI will issue its Service Voucher at no additional charge.  In the event that any Buyer wishes to exercise use its own voucher facilities, the issued voucher must be faxed to TPI seven (7) days prior to commencement of service.
6.1 Unless otherwise advised, six (6) days cancellation notice prior to commencement of service is required.
6.2 Partial or 100% (minimum of one (1) night) cancellation charge applies to any no-show or cancellation made within six (6) days prior to the original commencement of service; for Whistler hotels full charge of entire period of stay will be charged if the booking is cancelled within 31 days prior to the service commencement date.
6.3 Application for refund of any portion of original booking should be made in writing, with supporting document or evidencing note issued by the lodging establishment, to our office within fourteen (14) days of new check-out date. Any refund may be subject to a minimum of one (1) night penalty and at the discretion of TPI.
6.4 Each cancellation and refund will be subjected to a $25 CAD (Twenty Five Canadian Dollar) administrative fee per transaction. Changes with the same hotel (Passenger information, Check-in/out date, Room Type) will be subjected to a $25 CAD (Twenty Five Canadian Dollar) administrative fee per change.  Changes with a different hotel will be considered as cancellation and will be subjected to a $25 CAD (Twenty Five Canadian Dollars) administrative fee per transaction.
7.1 Full payment by credit card is required upon the time of reservation on the TPI Canada website.
7.2 Should credit be pre-approved in writing, full payment must be received within fourteen (14) days from invoice date.
7.3 Should collection be necessary to effect full payment, overdue amounts are subject to an interest charge of 24% per annum, legal fees, disbursements, applicable taxes and possible costs (including traveling expenses) that we may incur.
